This restaurant has that classic interior, I love it! The service here is great! Everyone was helpful. The margaritas were tasty and were just the right thing for a hot summer day. The food was alright. The Chile Rellenos were the highlight for me. Cooked well with a good cheese blend. Worth the stop if you are in GH. Great service, good food!

Best Mexican food!! We absolutely adore this restaurant. We have been coming for 30 years and now we take our kiddos too. The service is always really fast and really friendly. Their homemade tortillas are amazing and their salsa is one of the best I've ever had. It's always super fresh and I love that stay open later than any of the other restaurants in town. This place is a gem. And so are their margaritas!

My wife and I were spending a long holiday in beautiful Gig's Harbor, WA and were looking for some local restaurants to dine at each night of our visit. Happily, we found Puerto Vallarta. Like the other local eateries we visited in this little harbor town, P.V. is relatively small, and on the Friday night we visited, it was packed. We were lucky, though, to be seated almost immediately and our dinner was delightful. The chips and salsa were very good and our meals were fantastic. My combo plate with three items plus rice & beans was huge and my wife's salad plate made her happy. The service was friendly and quick... and we have nothing but great memories of our dinner. We would go back to this restaurant if we're ever in Gig Harbor again.... which we hope will happen!

Great Tex-Mex food. Very friendly staff, large portions, and good atmosphere. It is probably a little pricey, but it is Gig Harbor. Great place!

Big ol margaritas here, no wonder the place is always packed. Food was good; I wouldn't say the best Mexican ever but definitely far from the worst. The salsa was really, really good. If you want to gorge on margs and chips and salsa this is the place! It was unfortunate they "lost" our reservation and we were seated at an awkward table by a party of 14 with many small children. C'est la vie! I'm looking forward to trying some other things on the menu. Likely to return, if anything to drown in a margarita bigger than my head.

We came here for a large birthday dinner tonight. I didn't have high expectations, as I just expected it to be unhealthy American Mexican food. I was actually surprised. They had a decent salad selection and I was able to get a vegetarian salad with my choice of dressing. For a lower calorie option, I could have opted for light or no cheese. The service was very prompt and friendly. It was impressive how quickly they got 11 meals out. I do not enjoy crowded atmospheres or large groups of people, but somehow it was tolerable and although very nice inside, still laid back. I would definitely stop by here again. Also, half of our party was either vegan or vegetarian and there were options for everyone.

Solid option for Mexican food! This is a franchise/chain with several locations I. The state. This location is in a nice area, not far from the harbor. Was seated in a comfortable booth and quickly brought warm chips, salsa, AND a bean dip for free. We ordered nachos with steak enchiladas rancheras (with red sauce and carne asada). The food was delicious so we went for dessert and had the fried ice cream. The dessert wasn't great but we were very happy with the meal and service we received.
